Of course they would have the right to complain if GTA was rated E, or T, but you cant complain when you let your kid buy an M rated game, its like you let your kid buy an AO rated game (adults only, for people who doesnt know) and then you complain to the company who made the game: "My kid is playing your game and im sendng this letter to complain. Again, parents dont like violence in videogames? fine dont buy GTA for your kids, but that doesnt mean you have to spoil our fun just cause you dont like your kid playing that.
